Nourish your body and soul – Taking Alp-n-Rock to Bali
Life often goes at such a fast pace that we often forget to look up and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. We should take more time for ourseves because some „me-time“ is important. We need to our bodies, recharge our batteries and focus on what is important for us.
A break from work was definately needed so I decided to escape tot he islands of gods- Bali. You might know this beautiful place from the movie „Eat, Pray, Love“ where Julia Roberts seeks advice from a Bailnese healer and then eventually finds love.
I wanted to use my time here in Bali to nourish my body and soul. Enjoy healthy organic food, practice youga and take some time to relax and read a good book.
Ubud is the perfect place to do just that. We stayed in a resort that was hidden away and surrounded by nature. Each morning I woke up early in the morning to watch the sun rise over the forest and then went for a swim in the cool and refreshing water oft he swimming pool.
My routine involved either doing some yoga or going for a run to the river,
Once I sat down for breakfast to enjoy a plate of local fruit, I felt so happy and so full of energy.

The brand was born in 2009 in the garage of a woman called Susanne Reich. She started of with only four sketches, all inspired by her Swiss roots.
